gluten-free options fresh juices custom omelette
I enjoyed the gluten-free options available at breakfast. They had 100% fresh juices with around five flavors every morning! An omelette was cooked in front of me. That was a nice touch.

quality products convenient parking
i found the staff very friendly and helpful i really enjoyed the location near the beach it was perfect for morning walks the indoor parking was convenient and secure. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of quality products each morning i liked the spacious and luxurious room for my family it was super clean.
i found the towels in the bathroom not white and fluffy this was a disappointment considering this is a five star hotel i also noticed a damp water smell in my first room and it was present in the second one too.

the staff was cute and friendly assisting with all needs the reception staff was polite and the cleaning staff maintained the rooms perfectly throughout my visit the service was fast.

clean room spacious bathroom omelet station
I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It included a balcony. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast had an omelet station and various delicious choices including juices.

i really enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach. the hotel was modern and clean. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions! it.
The music at the rooftop pool started too early. I would have appreciated a quieter atmosphere in the morning

hot room slow service
the room i had was not great. the air conditioning didn't work properly and the room remained too hot. i asked for ice and a drink from room service. it took almost forty minutes to arrive and my food was cold when it showed up. the hotel looks like is not a real 5 stars
